Generational Chains

I release you now, with love in my heart,
Emitting a mirror instead of a grudge, a new start.
This mirror, a reflection of relics long kept,
Layered in your lineage, where you’ve been enmeshed.
A chain of torment shared through the ages,
Repeating cycles on worn-out pages.
But to face the primal abyss within,
Is how you rise, reborn from sin.
Integration, reconciliation, they lay the ground
for the next generation.
Fearlessly devoted, in faith you step,
Though your heart is fractured by the pain you’ve kept.
But courageously you heed that inner call,
The voice that whispers, “You are worth it all.”
Into the shadow’s space you bravely go,
Facing the darkness, a familiar foe.
The fear dissipates, your presence is sealed,
Breath fuels desire; you lower your shield.
In the void, a light begins to rise,
You see yourself through tear-stained eyes.
Holding your heart with tender care,
Whispering the words you’d longed to hear.
Healing yourself with divine reverence,
Releasing the lies and karmic ties.
You are anew, your vision now clear.
You were born whole, not meant for fear.
Empowered by grace, distortion erased,
The bondage is severed, the noose now displaced.
The voices of ancestors, their scars once defined,
But strength is found, and you reclaim your mind.
You shake your lineage, take back your story,
And rewrite your narrative, reclaiming glory.
